Celebrating 21 Years of Dedication:
Farewell to Angie Menlove, from Utah Fire Rescue Academy
Angie Menlove dedicated an impressive 21 years of service to the Utah Fire Rescue Academy. As her UFRA journey comes to an end, it’s time to reflect on the invaluable contributions she made as the scheduling program manager and Winter Fire School’s student registration and course coordinator.
Angie played a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing Winter Fire School student registration. Her dedication to ensuring smooth registration processes and to coordinat- ing statewide courses set a solid foundation for UFRA to deliver top-notch firefighter training across the state.
Most of the people who benefit from statewide UFRA courses do not see the meticulous work that goes into organizing them. Angie has been the unsung hero, ensuring that every logistical detail has been attended to. From coordinating instructors to managing course materials, she has been the backbone of the academy’s delivery of training. She definitely left her mark—by improving everything along the way.
As Angie bids farewell to the Utah Fire Rescue Academy after 21 years of dedicated service, UFRA and the members of the Utah fire service express gratitude to her. We wish her the best in her future endeavors!
